The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the Parties, failing which the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.

The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the Parties.

The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all interim reliefs, supervisory proceedings and enforcement of the arbitral award.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

You represent and warrant that You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with Your use of the Website.

Severability and Waiver
